Jinx painting on Paint tool SAI

I was super confused about this drawing because no matter what I did, it kept looking weird to me. Is it just me or.. does it look kinda.. weird? I dunno.. ._.
I personally like the eyes most and then her tattoos and the shading/coloring the bullet necklace. And also one of the braids.. (the longer one that is beside the text) Highlights there looks good but the other parts of her hair looks awful ;_; but but I just got my tablet and just started to get to know paint tool SAI, so don't hate yet.. ; 3;

I bought a Wacom Intuos today and I'm so happy ;u; I can draw aaall day and night long~ but don't forget about League 
I tried to draw some stuff to learn how to use this bebe and saved one of them because I thought it looked .. cute. ;w; it took me few hours to be done with it as well so so yeah ^-^;
